At MagBak, we stand by the quality of our minimalist tech and offer a 30-day return window for all products in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your gear, we make the exchange or refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all MagStick accessories, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
